The Loic - Blanc de Blancs

We’re proud to present our very first Blanc de Blanc. Made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay, the grapes were whole cluster pressed at 34F to retain its freshness and complexity. Made in exactly the same way as Champagne itself – Méthode Champenoise – the wine remained on lees for over three years prior to disgorgement. Aromas of apple, brioche and honeydew delight the nose with a crisp, refreshing acidity on the palate.

Price: $37

Crème de Cassis

Grown on the estate along with honey from our very own bees, our Cassis is a blend of four varieties of black currants. Uniquely, the honey is used to balance the Cassis against the currant to give a bold and fragrant flavor.

Price: $35

A beautiful, floral dessert wine that exhibits tree fruits on the nose with a silky mouthfeel on the palette. An amazing aperitif on the rocks or as an after dinner sipper.
