2013 The Loic
Made from 100% estate grown Chardonnay, the grapes were whole cluster pressed at 34F to retain its freshness and complexity. Made in exactly the same way as Champagne itself – Méthode Champenoise – the wine remained on lees for over three years prior to disgorgement. Aromas of apple, brioche and honeydew delight the nose with a crisp, refreshing acidity on the palate.
